Refund Policy

Booking Payment (50%)

Includes a 20% Retainer and a 30% Materials Advance.

Retainer (20%)

Non-refundable in all cases (earned upon receipt).

Materials Advance (30%)

Refundable only if canceled 14 or more days before the event, and only minus documented non-recoverable costs (special orders, fabrication, freight, subcontractors, supplier fees).

Cancellations

• Less than 14 days before the event: no refund of the 50% Booking Payment.
• If non-recoverable costs exceed 50%, the Client must pay the difference.

Late Booking (less than 14 days)

• Requires 100% prepayment.
• The amount is non-refundable.

Balance Payment

• Due 5 days prior to the event.
• Non-refundable once the deadline has passed or installation has begun.

Buyer’s Remorse

Cancel within 24 hours of payment and if pickup is more than 7 days away — 95% refund (5% covers paid processing fees).

Cancellations

• 14 or more days before pickup: 50% refund or 100% store credit valid for 6 months (Client’s choice).
• Less than 7 days before pickup: no refund.

• Requires 100% prepayment.
• The amount is non-refundable.
